Last week on a day off from work, I had the pleasure of attending the Luxury Promise event at the beautiful Elan cafe on Brompton Road Knightsbridge.
Luxury Promise is an online highend luxury consignment store. Having launched in 2016, they have quickly established their reputation among the luxury community on instagram and beyond, as having a wonderful range of products and services from limited edition bags to designer jewellery. I was actually alerted to this company by a friend who had purchased a beautiful Chanel bag from them in 2017. I am a huge fan of this type of company and their beautiful to navigate website makes it easy to idly lose track of an afternoon. At the event we were greeted by the wonderful girls who own and run Luxury Promise. They kindly talked us through their new launch of affordable unbranded luxury diamond jewellery. All the pieces are designed in-house and are perfect for wearing everyday to the office or evenings out. Certainly a affordable way to buy beautifully designed diamond rings. They are presented in the prettiest pale pink presentation box with a certain vintage air to the design. It was a pleasure to walk through the busy Elan cafe to the calm back room where we were offered free reign to try on the stunning pieces of jewellery. Well being a little magpie, how could I refuse! We tried on various diamond rings in all shapes and sizes and I could have stayed all afternoon, admiring the intricate and delicate pieces. My plan is to purchase a few of the diamond bands this year, to wear as stacking rings everyday. If you are looking for a specific design or style, anything can be made upon request. Their offices are in the Bulgari hotel in Knightsbridge which is simply divine and certainly worth a visit.
After the event we took a table in the main restaurant and sat down to fruit loop lattes and matcha green teas. The restaurant is as you can see simply stunning and the food was delicious. We had a beetroot smoked salmon flatbread and a banana cake. Everything was perfect including the friendly waitress.
After a very decadent morning it was back to work and when I say work I mean eyeing up the new Chanel collection and most importantly the new Urban companion bag. I had already viewed the collection at Bond Street and Selfridges but as I was so near to Harrods I decided to have a little look.
Pinks and greys winked at me from the shelves enticing me to go off piste and purchase a bag for myself but I was a women on a mission to see the grey version of the Urban Companion and compare the colour and texture for a client. After looking and admiring the bags for far to long I came away with a clearer perspective and a wish list created.
Onward’s to a pit stop at the Harrods tea room, the sun was shinning and we relaxed and brainstormed over rose teas and chocolate biscuits. Our next appointment was in Soho at the Ivy Cafe, which is where we ended our day chatting away with friends.Thank you Luxury Promise for inviting us to a lovely event, I look forward to purchasing from you in the future and hearing and reading about your new ranges.
